From 1998 on I work as a coach with a junior group (20 junior trainees) and after the hard start (technical problems, weak physical condition, tactical problems) the extremely hard training session brought the result. The staying power and the move coordination has got on a good level and with this knowledge now they are able to use their knowledge at the time of competition.
This has showed up in results too:
In 2001 three and in 2002 five junior Hungarian titles and more valuable place were won by the junior team. In 2002 we gave an athlete to the Hungarian Senior Team. The K4 500m at the European Championship in Szeged was placed 2. And at the World Championship in Seville was placed 2. with his team.
There are more juniors with such a similar good abilities in the group like so we can forecast that more of them will succeed to the Hungarian National Team.
In addition to that, in 2002 spring at the Seville training camp I helped in the coaching of the Hungarian National Team.
